The Entrance Channel is always bustling at sunrise or sunset as it is the ideal spot for catching multiple varieties of fish – in addition to being dredged from time to time so that boats may glide through with ease. North Entrance beach offers plenty of opportunities for reeling in jewfish, tailor (also beneath Norah Head lighthouse), salmon, bream, flathead and whiting; while Budgewoi Lake further up north specialises in finding bream suitable for any angler’s needs!

Parking at The Entrance Beach is free and can be found at the Coral Street Multistorey Car Park. Located on the corner of Coral Street and Central Coast Highway near Duffy Lane, it is easy to access this facility with a short walk to the beach.

This multi-storey car park features 500 free, all-day parking spaces and is located under Nesuto The Entrance Apartments. It encompasses Ground Level, Level 1 and Level 2, with accessible parking spots plus a lift that provides access to each of the 3 public levels.
